Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a collaborative process between client and therapist that aims to facilitate change and improve quality of life. The process occurs through the exploration of feelings, beliefs, and behaviors, working through difficult experiences, and in the acquisition of skills to accomplish personal goals.
