Group THERAPY

Group therapy is form of therapy that involves one therapist and a group of people who have similar goals or shared experiences. It is helpful in strengthening relationship skills, reducing isolation, finding your voice, and learning tools to navigate difficult experiences. Group therapy is available as need arises.
