Alexandra Isaacs, PsyD

Dr. Alexandra Isaacs is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Mindsy Psychology. She graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and from Roosevelt University with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. She then obtained a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.

Alexandra provides psychological services from an integrated approach that focuses on understanding and exploring relationships and life patterns. Her approach aims to build skills and strengthen coping, within the context of a supportive and warm environment that facilitates exploration, healing, and growth.

Alexandra also specializes in conducting neuropsychological assessments of children with neurobehavioral difficulties including learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, mood disorders, and behavior difficulties.

Lauren Graner, LCPC

Lauren Graner is an experienced licensed clinical professional counselor. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College and obtained her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Lauren is also a certified alcohol and drug counselor.

Lauren utilizes a collaborative approach with her clients and finds hope and compassion necessary components for healing. She is passionate about building internal self-worth and empowering individuality. Lauren works with her clients to overcome personal obstacles by uncovering strengths, building support systems, and finding ways to cope with challenges. Her therapeutic approach allows clients clients a safe space to explore life experiences, belief systems, and internal motivators. Lauren’s ultimate goal is for clients to find relief while feeling in control of their life.

Lauren specializes working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. In addition, Lauren has experience facilitating group therapy, providing skills needed to modify unwanted behaviors and encouraging social support in a judgement-free setting.

Jessica Resnick, LPC

Jessica Resnick is an experienced licensed professional counselor. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and obtained her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Jessica believes that everyone has the right to live a fulfilled life, though not all people have the tools to do so. She helps clients increase satisfaction within themselves and in their relationships. Her approach helps clients see the connection between emotions, thoughts, and behavior to help them make changes that will improve their lives. She knows that the therapeutic experience can be scary and takes a lot of work, so she is passionate about creating a safe and open environment for clients to grow.

Jessica specializes in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, difficulties with relationships, difficulty managing anger, impulsivity, and ADHD.

Stephanie WALSH, LCPC

Stephanie O’Connell is an experienced licensed clinical professional counselor. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Roosevelt University and earned her Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Stephanie utilizes a collaborative approach to treatment based on each person’s specific needs and goals. She believes in meeting clients where they are. Stephanie is passionate about building trust and creating a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental environment for clients to identify, process, and cope with challenges they may face.

Stephanie has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a broad range of concerns including anxiety and depression, social, relational and attachment issues, communication challenges, domestic violence, and behavioral and emotional dysregulation. She also specializes in working with clients who have experienced chronic and/or severe trauma.

Sarah Lamothe, LCPC

Sarah LaMothe is an experienced licensed clinical professional counselor. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. 

Sarah believes in the importance of human connection and works to create a comfortable and judgment free environment in therapy. Sarah utilizes a collaborative approach to work with clients to meet their specific needs and goals. She helps clients to better understand the relationship between their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in order to develop meaningful and effective coping skills and improve their quality of life.  

Sarah has experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relational and attachment issues, trauma, life transitions and other challenges.

Seth Preminger, Psy.D.

Dr. Seth Preminger is a licensed clinical psychologist. He graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and from Adler University with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. He then obtained a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, also from Adler University.

Seth provides psychological services from an integrated approach that focuses on understanding and exploring relationships, behaviors, and life patterns. Seth’s goal is to provide his clients with the tools necessary to be the best versions of themselves through building skills and strengthen coping, within the context of a supportive and warm environment.

Seth also specializes in conducting neuropsychological assessments of children with neurobehavioral difficulties including learning disabilities, ADHD, mood disorders, and behavior difficulties. Seth has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, emotion regulation, anger, trauma, ADHD, parent/child relationships, school refusal, life-transitions, and general life difficulty. 


Katherine Crilley, LCPC

Katherine Crilley is an experienced licensed clinical professional counselor. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Angelo State University and obtained her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Katherine believes that everyone has a right to a fulfilling, safe, and secure life. Through her client centered and creative approach, she examines what is brought to the table from a variety of angles to help clients navigate how to achieve their goals. Katherine wishes to help others fully understand what they are capable of, and give them the confidence to express themselves fully, and embrace the joys of themselves and the world.

Katherine has experience working with adults/adolescences experiencing anxiety, depression, communication struggles, and life transitions. She also has experience leading group therapy, assertiveness trainings, and helping clients better care for themselves at the residential and outpatient level. Through the use of creative expression, compassion, and helping to build stranger life skills, she hopes to empower clients enough that they can truly feel safe, secure, and fulfilled.


Jamila Watson, LCSW

Jamila Watson is a licensed clinical social worker from Chicago. She earned her Bachelors of Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University and a Masters of Social Work from Dominican University.

Jamila utilizes a personalized therapeutic approach in her work, attending to the individuality of each person and their unique needs and strengths. She recognizes the deep need that we as humans have to be seen and heard. Sharing the stories of our lives can be a significant part of the healing journey. Jamila offers an open, non-judgmental space to witness each client's stories with attention and attunement. With training in behavioral based approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, she also offers practical tools for clients to build skills as they work towards their goals. A highly collaborative therapist, she seeks to walk alongside the client as they guide the process, offering support, feedback, and insight along the way.

Jamila has experience working with people from many different walks of life experiencing many varied challenges. She has provided client-centered care to adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, significant life changes, low self esteem, grief and loss, postpartum difficulties, personality disorders, and addiction.


Ellen Aldridge, LPC

Ellen Aldridge is a licensed professional counselor. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Family Studies from Taylor University and earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University.

Ellen is passionate about creating an open and warm space where clients feel heard and respected. She recognizes that each client is the expert of their own experiences. She believes that every person has inherent value and unique strengths and goals, which she centers in the therapy space. Ellen helps clients make peace with conflicting parts of themselves, build practical skills to manage emotions, connect their minds and bodies, and understand the effects of society on their lives. She respects the importance of intersectional identities, the effects of privilege and marginalization, and how society’s systems can influence mental health. Her goal is to guide clients in becoming more free and alive within themselves, their relationships, and their communities. 

Ellen has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship/boundary/communication challenges, life transitions, caregiving challenges, and the effects of oppression on mental health and overall wellbeing. She has also led groups focused on emotional regulation; mindfulness, movement, and meditation; and acceptance and commitment therapy.
